Nice relaxing stay. Quiet and professional. Very relaxed atmosphere. Lots of breakfast items and a large hangout space.
We had a couple initial issues with our room, but the staff was very helpful and responsive to rectify the problems. Great, convenient location! While they do not have a hot tub, the neighboring hotel does and it allows Hampton guests to use it. It is very hot!
The staff was friendly. The rooms spacious and clean. Good variety for breakfast. Overall a good stay for families with a budget. Nice area and food options in walking distance. The only suggestion would be new mattresses for the pull out sofa. You can feel every spring through the mattress. Very uncomfortable.
This Hampton Inn is the 5th one we've stayed at in 24 months. We are big fans of Hilton Hotels and we've noticed not all are run the same. We stayed in RM. 434 and while it was as clean as a dated room in much need of renovations can be, there was plenty wrong with the room. The good news is that as soon as we told the front desk (Thomas and Yolanda deserve a raise and all the flowers!), they immediately did the best they could make things right. I happily give them 5 stars and would not mind staying here again the next time we visit. Oh one more thing, the breakfast was as fabulous as all Hilton Hotels are!
Currently undergoing renovations. There is construction debris everywhere. Furniture in lobby and other public areas is worn and has holes. Staff is very accommodating.
This place was amazing surprising action from DuPont! Very accessible located off the long running highways of Washington. The back porch was very quiet and amazingly clean. We had a good view of Mount Reindeer and a Orange Flag on top of crane
The customer service is more then passable, the building is clean the staff is quite pleasant, overall I have no real complaints... That being said I have a single one, they're renovating a lot of the rooms, mustard yellow and green furniture with a dash of blue? I am not sure why they decided to go for genuinely one of the ugliest color schemes I have seen in my life... It is a little disappointing.
Good spot to stay near the base. They have a good Continental breakfast free for the guests. It's also right across the parking lot from Starbucks, which is super convenient. Plenty of parking, although they were doing renovations so the parking lot was cut in half. The room was large and clean.
